Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a working standard. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we review the site as we add pages and features.

What we have done

• Meaningful alternative text on images, and decorative graphics hidden from screen readers.
• A skip link so keyboard users can jump straight to the main content.
• One main landmark per page and headings in a logical order.
• Every form field has a visible, associated label, and required fields are marked in text as well as color.
• Visible focus outlines on links, buttons, form fields, and the menu control.
• Buttons and links have accessible names, including icon-only controls.
• Tap targets on mobile sized for comfortable use, and layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling.
• Body text at readable sizes with color combinations chosen for sufficient contrast.
• Status messages, such as the confirmation after submitting a form, announced to assistive technology.

Known limitations

Some content is supplied by third parties, such as carrier logos and any embedded tools. We cannot always control the accessibility of third-party material, but we will look for accessible alternatives when a barrier is reported.
